MPS Arts Department has commissioned a composer, Timothy Takach, to collaborate with Tara Finne, the Choir Director at Sanford Middle School, and Kristin Bennett, the Music teacher at Whittier Elementary School, to compose a piece of music to celebrate Somali culture.  The composer is not Somali.  We are hoping to create lyrics based on your answers to the questions below.  Please answer in Somali and translate to English for us.
