Follow this link for information on the Early Childhood Screening needed for all High 5 students.

At this time virtual screenings are available to families who need to fulfill the High 5 and Kindergarten requirement.  The easiest way to sign up is to go to the ECS website.  Go to this link:  https://booknow.appointment-plus.com/7r95my98/

Select Join Waiting List > Scroll down and select from dropdown – Virtual Screening-Via Phone > Select New User.  Fill in the information requested and click join the waiting list.

If parents do not have access to internet they can call Iftu Hunte, School Success Program Assistant, 612-814-2523 and she will assist over the phone.
