All enrollment into Minneapolis Public Schools must happen via the Student Placement Office:
Call Student Placement Services at 612.668.1840 or 612.668.3700 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Leave a message and your call will be returned as quickly as possible to get your child placed in a school, or
Email SPS.Department@mpls.k12.mn.us and they will be in touch as quickly as possible.
Or, you can complete the School Year 2020-2021 School Request Form on line using this link: https://schoolrequestthisyear.mpls.k12.mn.us/ and the Placement Office will contact you.
Once the Student Placement Office has contacted you and confirmed your child's placement at Whittier for the 2020-2021 School Year, please complete your REGISTRATION at Whittier Community School by completing this form:

Send us by email or text a photo or scan of birth certificate and vaccination records (your doctor can send vaccination records via fax: 612-668-4180)
Or, you can complete the School Year 2021-2022 School Request Form on line using this link: https://exploremps.org/ and the Placement Office will contact you.
Once the Student Placement Office has contacted you and confirmed your child's placement at Whittier for the 2021-2022 School Year, please complete your REGISTRATION at Whittier Community School by completing this form:
