Hello First Grade Families!
My name is Ahmed Abdi, I am humbled and excited to be your child’s 1stgrade teacher this year. I earned my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education at Metropolitan State University in Saint Paul, Minnesota. I started working in Minneapolis Public School in 2007. I started at Marcy Open as an Associate Educator and later moved to Andersen Elementary to teach in a newcomer program. I have high expectations for the students and believe that every child is capable of learning. I need your support to make the education of your child a success!
