Twice each school year, once in the fall (Sept-Oct) and once in the spring (May), the PTA works with our generous community partner, Common Roots Cafe, to provide a free breakfast for all Whittier families, students, staff, and teachers. This bi-annual event features healthy, delicious, locally sustainable food from Common Roots, as well as activities and information to get you thinking about everyday wellness for you and our planet.

The Community Breakfast is an opportunity to eat breakfast with your students, socialize with other Whitter families, get to know staff and teachers, and enjoy the diverse, vibrant community that is Whittier.

Please see the school calendar for this school year's fall/spring dates for the Community Breakfast. The Community Breakfast is from 8:15-9:30 a.m. in the main school cafeteria. All students must be accompanied by an adult until 9:30. 

Donations to Whittier PTA accepted & appreciated--suggested donation of $3 supports educational extras at our school.
