The Circle Drive and Entry are located at the intersection of Grand Avenue and 26th Street. In the middle of the Circle Drive is the Whittier Peace Garden, planted

by the students in the Whittier Community Education Summer Program during the summer of 2004. The garden features many plants native to this region and every summer the students replace more exotic plants

with native plants. Walkways made of hand painted bricks form a peace sign through the garden.

The entry area of the school is an open space between the doors to the Whittier Park building and

the Whittier International Elementary School parking garage.
