Drive-thru flu vaccination provides you and your family members – ages six months and older – a safe and convenient way to get a flu shot this season.

All participants will remain in their vehicles. Participants are required to wear a mask. A homemade mask is acceptable.

It’s easy!

1. Approach the Greeter Station
2. Fill out a registration form provided by staff
   • Bring your own pens
   • Each individual must complete a form. Children (under 18 years) must have a parent or guardian sign the form.
   • Insurance information will be collected on the form. We will bill all insurance companies directly. It is your responsibility to know your covered benefits.
3. Proceed to the Nurse’s Station
4. Get your flu shot in the safety of your car!
